Police Say A Seabrook Woman Intentionally Hit Pedestrians With Her Truck
(Seabrook, NH) - Police have charged 38 year old Catrina Costello with Second-Degree Murder for the Wednesday night incident that claimed one life.
The Attorney generals office says Costello aimed her vehicle at 64 year old Stephen and 61 year old Erin VanDalinda as they walked their dog on Pine Street in Seabrook just before 6:30 Wednesday evening. Stephen VanDalinda died and his wife is hospitalized.
Costello had been under a Stalking Order of Protection to keep away from Erin VanDalinda, her family members, guests and household animals.
Costello is being held without bail on the Second Degree Murder charge. She is also charged with Second Degree Assault, Aggravated DWI, and Conduct After an Accident.
