Potential Bomb Cyclone Primed To Knock Out Power In New Hampshire
Oh, and a blast of arctic air will follow behind today's surging winds.
After a wet & wild Sunday, winds have picked up, and are gusting even stronger to start the work week. According to WMUR News 9, between the hours of 11am and 7pm, expect the heaviest winds in weeks. Some parts of the Granite State could also experience a few snow showers. Wind chill temperatures will plummet down below zero this evening as the winds kick up to sustained over 35 miles per hour. Plus, air temperatures fall into the single digits and lower teens, according to WMUR News 9.
This is your warning to make sure everything is charged for tonight. Without power, it could be an evening without Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. By the way, after killing Saturday's regular Jeopardy, I feel like I'm on a little roll.
Tomorrow won't be much better, wind-wise. While not as strong as today, they still will blast over 30 mph at times.
