Rochester man Arrested for Soliciting a Minor

( Hampton, N.H. ) - Hampton Police have arrested a Rochester man  for soliciting a minor for sex and graphic images on the internet.

21 year old Dustin Bortz was arrested  today without incident after he traveled to a location in Rochester where he thought he  was meeting the minor child. He’s being held on $ 5,000 dollars cash bail
