What Is TWOFIT, The New Workout Studio In Rochester, NH

Word around town is there's a new workout studio opening in Rochester, New Hampshire, and if you've been looking to shake up your fitness routine, this might be one to keep on your radar.

TWOFIT is getting ready to open its doors at Lilac Plaza, and although there is no set date yet, the excitement is already building online.

On their website, they describe their space as "blending the precision of reformer training with the intensity of cardio, building lean power, endurance and total body control."

In a recent social media post, the owners shared that they're "getting closer to launch" and are excited to bring the new concept to the neighborhood.

According to the announcement, TWOFIT will offer 50-minute classes that combine reformer strength training with treadmill cardio intervals. The studio says "classes will be intentionally kept small and designed to accommodate all fitness levels," making it approachable whether you're just getting started or already have a regular workout routine.

For someone like me who has experience in long-distance running, I know the importance of strength training your muscles in order to handle that type of endurance. Pairing strength training with cardio in one class is becoming an increasingly popular way to build muscle. And even though I consider myself a beginner with weights, I'm excited to be welcomed into an environment willing to educate me.

According to the TWOFIT website, founding memberships will be available ahead of the grand opening!
