Rochester Man Arrested For Stealing Alcohol.

( Rochester, N.H. ) - Police have arrested a Rochester man for breaking into a home and stealing alcohol in 2013.

23 year old Adam Doherty of Rochester was just arrested on the charge on Sunday at 3pm. Police say Doherty broke into a home on Evans Road on June 18th of 2013 and stole two bottles of alcohol. They were able to use DNA evidence to link him to the crime.  Doherty faces a maximum sentence of 3 ½ to 7 years in prison if convicted
