Rochester Man Arrested On Pot Charges [NEWS]

( Rochester, N.H. ) - Police  arrested a Rochester man early this morning for possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute.

21 year old Timothy Cullen of Glenwood Avenue was arrested at 1:30 this morning and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, which is a class B felony. Cullen was also charged with contempt for violating the conditions of his bail from a prior arrest. Cullen refused bail and was scheduled to be arraigned today in Rochester District Court.
