Local businesses are getting creative in selling their food.  I was driving home from the station yesterday when I came upon some lobster for sale, right from the back of a pick-up truck!

This set up was right on the corner of Central Ave. and Court Street.  Live, local lobster for sale for $3.99-$5.99!  Seems like a pretty good deal for seafood lovers.

This is not the first time that the fishing industry has gotten creative.  Back in April, commercial fisherman created a Facebook page for the boat the Mary Baker. Customers were able to order fresh from the boat and pick up at the dock. Read more here.

Restaurants have been forced to come up with creative alternatives to dining in service since Covid-19 hit.  Fortunately, things are starting to open back up.

Governor Chris Sununu says starting June 15th, restaurants will be able to start serving  customers inside again, according to WMUR.  There will be some restrictions depending on what county you are in.  Counties that have higher Covid-19 cases will be at 50% capacity. WMUR reports that those counties are Rockingham, Hillsborough, Strafford and Merrimack.

So, in the meantime, this sure does seem like a cool idea and makes it easy if you want to grab something on your way home for dinner!
