If your idea of a perfect summer weekend includes trying incredible food, listening to live music, and spending time with family, you'll want to make plans for the Southern New Hampshire Food Truck Festival.

The festival returns to The Hampshire Dome in Milford on Saturday, August 1st, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, August 2nd, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., celebrating its 10th year of bringing foodies together.

According to the event website, this year's festival will feature 15 food trucks serving everything from burgers and tacos to pizza and sweet treats. No matter what you're craving, there's something to satisfy everyone's tastebuds.

One food truck that's sure to draw a crowd is Derry's DeadProof Pizza Co., which just made its national television debut on Season 19 of Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race. It's a great chance to support a local favorite and see what all the buzz is about while cheering them on from home.

The fun doesn't stop at the food. You'll also find 35 local vendors at the craft market, making it way too easy to shop 'just one more booth.' Throw in live music and a refreshing drink while you browse, and you've got yourself a pretty perfect weekend.

Families will find plenty to keep kids entertained, too. A free Kids Zone will include bounce houses and bubble fun, while characters like Buzz and Woody will make appearances both days! As someone whose daughter is currently obsessed with Toy Story, I know she'd be first in line for a photo!

Several princesses and other special guests are also scheduled to stop by for photos and meet-and-greets.

The organizers say the event is expected to be packed with "great fun, great food, great drinks, memories and shopping."

As a mom, I'm always on the lookout for events the whole family can enjoy. If I can sample delicious food, sip a craft beer, let my daughter meet her favorite Disney character, and browse local artisan vendors all in one place, count me in.

Admission is $7 and covers both festival days, while children 14 and younger get in FREE.
