Spaulding Turnpike: Expect Nighttime Work This Week

If you travel the Spaulding Turnpike during the late night or overnight hours, there is work scheduled this week.

According to the NHDOT, a traffic shift is set for the Spaulding between Newington and Dover. Northbound traffic will be shifting onto the new Little Bay Bridge.

Work is expected to take place (weather permitting) Wednesday and Thursday, June 3rd and June 4th (in the event of rain, work will be conducted on Friday, June 5th) The traffic change will affect a portion of the roadway between Exits 3 and Exits 6.

The NHDOT says work is set to start each day around 9pm. Expect lane closures and allow extra time for your commute for the duration of the work.
