Watching the Super Bowl while having my blood pressure checked may not have been a great idea...

In honor of American Heart Month, Homemakers Health Services stopped by WOKQ to chat about being heart healthy. I'm happy to report that, post-game, my blood pressure is doing just fine. However, 1 in 3 people in New Hampshire can't say the same. Heidi Morrison, CEO for The Homemakers, offers up some great advice for those concerned about their blood pressure.
