The Fenway Citgo Sign Isn’t Going Anywhere

Mayor Marty Walsh intervened to keep the Kenmore Square Staple.

The Boston Globe reports that the famous Citgo sign will remain in Kenmore Square after months of bargaining between Citgo and the landlord for the billboard.

The paper indicates that Mayor Walsh stepped in to mediate what they declared a "marathon bargaining session."

So for those of you, like me, who enjoy nostalgia, it's good to see this beauty will be sticking around!
