The NFL Isn’t Over Attempting to Smear TB 12’s Reputation

Is this ever going to end?  

WMUR is reporting this afternoon that NFL attorneys are in front of a federal appeals panel to see if they can reinstate the four game suspension on Tom Brady.

When this went on a year ago I was convinced it was a ploy to keep the public spotlight on the off-season NFL.  At this point I'm convinced this is exactly what they're doing.  They lost the argument on the first go-around and they wait until now to appeal?

It has to be so that the media is writing about it and giving them the publicity.  After all, any publicity is good publicity, right?  As P.T. Barnum once said.....

"I don't care what they say about me, just make sure they spell my name right!"

Should the court decide to repeal the first ruling, TB 12 could be out for the first four games.  We'll have to wait at least a few weeks to find out.  Then again, we've already seen this soap opera.....
