There Needs to be a Light at the Off-Ramp from Rt. 4 to Rt. 108 in Durham

I ALWAYS get stuck in a line of cars here.

This weekend, for the third time in a few weeks, I found myself waiting for around 5 minutes or so just to get on to 108 south from the Rt. 4 off-ramp.

It's been like this for years.  The traffic backs up all the way on to the ramp because 108 is so busy and no one stops to let you go when you're sitting at the stop sign waiting to make a left towards the UNH campus.

There needs to be a light here!
