A Dover, New Hampshire, Bar Offers Cold Beers and Classic Arcade Games

Ever wanted to turn back time and revisit your glory days?

Before gaming consoles, before Fortnite, before Facebook Games we had arcades.  We could play pinball like a wizard until we had calluses on our hands.  I could save my money all week to hit the arcade with my friends to play pinball, but I was better at baseball.  I never had the touch for the arcade games, but I loved hanging out with my friends.

Now I hear from onlyinyourstate.com that there is an Arcade Bar right here in Dover?

Token’s Taproom in Dover is like stepping back in time.

The spot opened up in 2018, according to Fosters, and the classic arcade games have been collected and brought back by local arcade game aficionado Josh Hynes

At Token’s Taproom, you can find a pinball machine, classic arcade games and even play Skee-ball. Check out the list of games on their website here.

But the best part?  You can have a brew too!  I was not old enough to drink a beer when I played pinball.

Even though it is a bar, they are kid-friendly at Tokens Taproom and you can bring the kiddos on Saturdays from 11:30 am to 4 pm as long as you stay with them.
