Where Should Kira Go For Her Bachelorette Festivities?
My wedding is approaching in October! Naturally, I want to go somewhere fun with my gal pals for a weekend of cocktails, shenanigans and lots of "woo-ing".
I am so torn as to where to go! A part of me wants to stay local so that everyone can make it and another says, "What the heck, you only get one bachelorette! Go somewhere new!"
I have narrowed down my choices to four. To my dismay, I have weeded out a cruise to the Bahamas. Here are the top contenders:
Portsmouth, NH
It's local, affordable and there's plenty of fun things to do! We could get mani-pedis during the day at Buff and File Nail Bar and then gallivant down Congress St while drinking any mimosa that crosses our path.
Boston, MA
Boston has so many appropriate bachelorette activities to offer! The day could start out with blowouts at DryBar, then lunch and cocktails at Tia's on the Waterfront followed by the ultimate in bachelorette entertainment, a night at Jacque's Cabaret!
Newport, RI
It is within driving distance for most! We could indulge in great seafood at Midtown Oyser Bar and enjoy some adult beverages on the open seas aboard the Rum Runner II.
Nashville, TN
Sure, it's a little "extra" as the kids say. But you only live once. And being the country girl that I am I would love to see some awesome live country music, dance on the coyote ugly bar and take a pedal tavern tour of music city!
I am leaving this choice in your hands. Take the poll below:
