2 Manchester Men Arrested On Drug Chares

(Manchester, NH) - The arrest Tuesday evening came as the Special Enforcement Street Crime Unit was paying special attention to drug usage in the Vine Street Garage.

Officers arrested 38 year old Antwon Stroud and 36 year old Kevin Lamie as they were about to smoke crack cocaine in a stairwell of the garage.The two were charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug.

Stroud was also held after it was determined he was on Probation with the State of NH.
