Comparing Two Vastly Different NH Homes for $400k

The housing market is absolutely nutso right now and New Hampshire is no exception. In fact, I feel like since the pandemic hit and people realized they can work from anywhere, folks have been flocking to our fine state now more than ever!

When looking where you want to purchase a property in New Hampshire you have to consider what is important to you and your family. Do you want to be somewhere that is easily accessible to the ocean? Do you want to be within an hour drive to Boston? Do you want more square footage and a big 'ole backyard? I thought it could be fun to compare two very different properties that are currently listed for (around) the same price here in the Granite State.

74 Garmish Rd, Conway, NH is listed on Zillow at $399,000. It is 1,792 square feet with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms! Nestled in the scenic white mountains, this house is proof that if you don't mind living in a more rural area you can get more bang for your buck! (and by that I mean more space) On the other end of the state, 28 Kings Hwy #2, Hampton, NH is listed on Zillow at $400,000. It is 672 square feet with two beds and one bath, just steps away from beautiful Hampton Beach. Let's compare shall we?
