After the shortened work week, its time to plan your weekend again, so here are a few suggestions.

1. The NH Film Festival returns to The Music Hall and other venues in Portsmouth. This is the festival's 14th year. They spotlight the best in film making from around the region and around the world. Check out the mobile video competition, its pretty cool.

2. Sunday is the Exeter Trick or Treat Trot. It's a 3.5 mile fun run so most anyone can run or walk it. The event benefits the Rainbow Fund at Exeter Hospital.

3. The League of NH Craftsmen present Craft Alive this Sunday at the Grappone Center in Concord. Craft Alive is a fundraiser for the League of NH's Craftsmen Programs.

4. There is a benefit for End 68 Hours of Hunger on Friday and Saturday. It takes place at York's annual Harvestfest in York Village.

5. Have some family Halloween fun with the NH Farm Museum's Pumpkin Party on Saturday in Milton. They'll have horse drawn wagon rides and a free pumpkin for you with a paid admission.
