The incident occurred on Saturday, August 18th. Police say that a male juvenile had been invited to a party by a female juvenile who lived at 140 Summer Street.  He was told the door was unlocked and to come in.

However, the party was being held in a different location, and when the teen entered the home at 140 Summer Street at 3:30 in the morning, the residents woke up and the teen fled the home to his waiting car.

Police say the homeowner, Mark Gray, fired shots at the fleeing vehicle. No one was injured.

Gray was charged with Felony counts of Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening.  He is free on P.R. bail awaiting a court appearance.
