The restaurant is a dream come true by Chef Phunnapat (Adam) Pabutta who grew up in Thailand and learned the art of cooking from generations of family recipes. It's in his blood according to mythaibistros.com:

My Thai Bistro was hoping for great success early, and that's just what happened. People flocked to the restaurant, and while it's ambiance is special, the food was the center of attention.
