We're early into the new year, and many people (me included) are all gung ho to carry through with our New Years resolutions to get in shape. I think the number one resolution people have is to lose weight. You see all kinds of new faces at the gym. You also see all kinds of new and exciting ways people work out. Whatever this new workout is, it sure looks dangerous! Remember to just take it easy, keep it fun and stay safe!
