(Portsmouth, NH) - A Rochester man is facing several charges after pointing a weapon at two bouncers at a Portsmouth bar.


34 year old Gregory Cummings was charged with Felony Reckless Conduct and Felony Criminal Threatening after pointing a laser equipped semi-automatic handgun at two bouncers who had just escorted him out of The Thirsty Moose on Congress Street just before midnight Friday.

The bouncers were able to wrestle the weapon away and pin Cummings to the ground until Portsmouth Police arrived.

Cummings is free on $5-thousand P.R. bail pending a court appearance on the felony charges on May 18th.
