Charcuterie has quickly become the star of the appetizer scene, transforming everything from casual wine nights to large-scale events. What was once a simple spread of meats, cheeses, and pickled vegetables has evolved into something far more creative and far more exciting.

For CharcuterieWOO, that transformation is personal.

Owners Kerry Dwyer and Tommy Dwyer turned a routine at-home dinner into a thriving, community-loved business. During the height of COVID, Kerry (then working as a frontline nurse) would come home from long, exhausting shifts and put together simple charcuterie cups for herself and Tommy. It was quick and convenient.

One Facebook post showcasing those cups sparked a request, and before long, a full-fledged business was born.

Today, CharcuterieWOO offers far more than just beautifully arranged boards. Their grab-and-go charcuterie cups are perfect for a quick snack or light meal, and their expanded menu now includes fresh salads and sandwiches, bringing flavorful, convenient options to even the busiest days.

But what truly sets them apart is their ability to turn food into an experience. From stunning grazing tables at weddings to their signature charcuterie cart (perfect for events) every detail feels elevated, personal, and memorable.

It’s a unique twist on traditional catering that guests don’t just enjoy, they don't stop talking about.

Kerry and Tommy’s passion extends well beyond the plate. Through their “build your own charcuterie board” classes, often hosted at local breweries, they invite the community to get hands-on.

Guests learn how to artfully assemble and style their own boards, gaining skills they can bring to future gatherings, holidays, and celebrations.
