Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center ‘Active Shooter Alert’ Issued

Police are asking people to avoid Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's main campus in Lebanon this afternoon, after an "active shooter" alert was issued.

There was no immediate confirmation of a shooting. However, police are asking people to avoid the area due to an incident that happened just before 1:30pm this afternoon.

According to an article by WMUR, Lebanon High School and Hanover Street Elementary School were locked down, according to school officials.
