Davis Farmland In Sterling Is Fun For The Whole Family

Trying to find things to do with the kids right now is a little more difficult.  Not everything is open, and I know i'm trying to find things that I know will be safe, but still fun, for the kids.

My family tried out Davis Farmland in Sterling, NH over the weekend and it was a ton of fun.

The farm is perfect for kids as they can be introduced to all kinds of farm animals, from pigs, to chickens, to baby goats.

There's even a giant turtle that roams around on it's own throughout the farm!

The farm has been around for seven generations according to davisfarmland.com. George Davis began operations in 1846!

All the different generations have kept the farm going, and  2003, Farmland opened '"its first major expansion (6 acres) named Adventure Play & Spray, which was complete with the nation’s largest zero-depth spray ground".

The bounce area was super fun too.  There's also a hayride you can go on...and the very best part?  Pony rides for the kids!

Davis Farmland is also taking precautions when it comes to Covid-19.  You have to sign a waiver before you get there, and maks are required.  There are also a ton of hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the Farmland.

There is a cap on how many people can go into the farm each day, so definitely order your tickets ahead of time.

The fall schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 9:30-4, weather permitting.
