Dover Students Join National Walkout To Protest Gun Violence

(Dover, NH) - Several hundred Dover High students took part in the event that took place one month after the shooting in Parkland, Florida.

The students, who had prior parental permission, walked from their classes to a designated area outside the school..........

or to the Walker Auditorium inside the building.

In both locations, the names and brief biographies of the 17 victims of the Florida school shooting were read, followed by a moment of silence.

Following the 17 minute walkout, students returned to their classes.
