If you ever ordered a big guy raked through the garden with sneakers, snotties and a brown cow in college, then you were a UNH student who frequented Karl's.

The legendary Karl's lunch truck was stationed for decades in the now (mostly) defunct C-Lot at UNH. Nearly twenty years have passed since Karl Krecklow called it quits in 1996 and this video, recorded just a year prior, makes you acutely aware that a tremendously long time has passed.

There is something about the vibe of this tape-- and it truly was a tape before being transferred to YouTube a couple years back-- that harkens back to a different age. Being recorded was still very much a novelty, nobody is buried in their phones while waiting in line, and mullets everywhere (fun fact: the first time 'mullet' ever appeared in print was in 1995, the same year this footage was shot).

This clip picks up about five minutes in, but for your own sanity you may want to jump around and watch a little bit at at a time. Beware of some salty language and a couple of dudes mooning the camera, if that sort of thing bothers you.

Thank you, Dan Kirk of YouTube, for making this available for all to see!
