Gas Prices Drop Ahead Of Holiday Weekend
(Concord, NH) - Gas prices have have gone down slightly as we prepare for the 4th of July Holiday weekend.
According to gasbuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of regular in New Hampshire is @2.73, a penny less that we paid last Monday. The price is 8-cents a gallon higher than a month ago, but 92-cents lower than we paid at this time last year.
The average price in Massachusetts and Vermont is $2.78 per gallon. In Maine, the average price is $2.80 per gallon.
Analysts have said they believe that gas prices have peaked for the summer season.
