Gas Prices Went Up Slightly In Advance Of The Columbus Day Holiday

(Dover, NH) - You might have noticed that we are paying a bit more for gas this week.

The latest survey conducted by gasbuddy shows the average price of regular in New Hampshire is $2.79 a gallon today, about a penny a gallon more than we paid last Monday.

The average price in Massachusetts is $2.86 a gallon. In Maine, it's $2.88 and in Vermont, it's $2.93.

The lowest prices in the nation are in South Carolina where they pay an average of $2.59 a gallon for regular. Motorists in Hawaii are paying an average price of $3.80 a gallon.
