Gordon Ramsay Casting for Master Chef in Boston This Weekend

Exciting news for Chefs in New England - Gordon Ramsay is coming for YOU, so you better practice putting "you" on a plate!

The casting page says that if you have trouble registering for the event, you can still come and audition, just bring your signature dish.  I could never do that.  How are you supposed to keep it hot/cold?  OH!  I suppose if you're a chef, you know how to get over that hurdle.  Me?  Not so much.

I love Chef Ramsay.  I'm not a bad cook, but I'm not good enough to put my food in front of Gordon Ramsay.  I LIKE my veggies overcooked and my pasta for all that matters.  I don't do the "slightly undercooked" thing.  I figure it's good practice for when I get really old and have no teeth, I'll be all set.  Do you think they have people going to these casting events that just want to meet him?  I'd say yes.
