The week old incident still doesn't have any leads, according to local police.

By now, the major networks have aired all the classics: It's a Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph, Frosty The Snowman, and The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.

With the latter, a key scene sees the Grinch stuffing Little Cindy Lou Who's Christmas tree up the chimney. Later, he speeds off in his sleigh.

A very similar series of events unfolded last week in Dover, New Hampshire.

According to CBS 13 News, a pine tree was stolen from someone's property last week. Police still do not have any leads, and told CBS 13 News ,"It's a little frustrating that we haven't been able to make more progress on this. We're hoping the dissemination of this surveillance footage will help us to resolve this quickly."

The suspect, driving a marked vehicle stole the tree from Spur road, which is less than a mile away from the popular Tendercrop Farm. Among the items Tendercrop sells are Christmas trees.

Workers told CBS 13 news  it's sad someone would steal a tree this time of year.

Anyone with info is asked to contact police.
