Hey You….Clean The Snow Off Your Car!

(Hooksett, NH) - I hate it when snow flies off the roof of a car, truck or trailer in front on me on the highway. Hooksett Police hate it too, and they have been issuing tickets for Negligent Driving!

Hooksett PD says they have charged 6 drivers so far this winter.

The law says you can be charged with Negligent Driving if your vehicle endangers or is likely to endanger any person or property.

By the way, the fine shall be not less than $250 nor more that $500 for the first offense.
It doubles for the second offense.

Take a few extra minutes and clean that snow from your vehicle. It can save you money, and could maybe save someones life.
