Probe of man who killed Marines
Federal authorities are trying to piece together information on the man they say killed four Marines in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Authorities say 24-year-old, Kuwait-born engineer Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez of Hixson, Tennessee, attacked a military recruiting center and another U.S. military site yesterday and was later killed. Before that, he hadn't been on anybody's radar screen, though terrorism hasn't been ruled out.

Boy safe; father arrested after AMBER Alert issued
A Somersworth 1-year-old has been found safe in Maine after police say he was abducted from his home by the boy's father. Investigators say Jeremiah Grant snatched Malachi Grant yesterday afternoon while his mother was distracted, prompting an Amber Alert. Jeremiah Grant has been jailed in Franklin County.

One dead in Derry fire
A late night fire at a duplex in Derry has left a woman dead and a man hospitalized with firefighters saying they had trouble getting into the home because of "hoarding conditions." Both victims were found on the second floor. There is no word on the condition of the injured man.
