Gov. Maggie Hassan said today that she will sign the bill which creates a special taxing district allowing the state to back $28 million dollars in bonds toward redeveloping the Balsams.

The New Hampshire Senate is delaying a  vote on whether to repeal the state's law which allows a  25-foot protest "buffer zone" around facilities that provide abortions. The Senate was set to vote on the repeal bill today but has moved the vote to next week. The House has already approved the repeal.
