There are a fair amount of celebrities with ties to New Hampshire, but there's one, in particular, that's scored multiple Olympic medals for his elite skiing.

We're talking about Granite State native Bode Miller.

According to his Team USA bio, Miller, who was born in Easton, New Hampshire, has one gold medal, three silver medals, and two bronze medals. That's six Olympic medals!

The superstar athlete has tons more career highlights as well, which you can see a list of them on Team USA's website, so it's no surprise that he was recently inducted into the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame.

In an Instagram post, Miller stated that he was honored to be recognized and honored to join the other names already in the Hall of Fame.

He also noted just how grateful he is to all the people that have aided him in his skiing journey, starting with his family, to get him to this notable accomplishment.

Miller added, "Beyond my family I am grateful for the army of people from my community growing up who took my dreams seriously and supported me long before accolades. To coaches, sponsors, teammates, mentors and friends who supported me in my good moments and my bad, I am so grateful, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you."

The induction took place at Big Sky Resort in Montana on March 24, according to the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame.

The decorated skier continues to ski to this day, and it seems his children are following in his footsteps based on his Instagram posts.

Additionally, according to ISPO, Miller is involved with "several projects such as building up his own ski academy, commentating sports events and promoting businesses."

And now he can add Hall of Fame to his already impressive resume.

Congrats, Bode, on your success and representing New Hampshire as the superstar skier that you are.
