People in New Hampshire Are Buying Up Motorcycles Like There’s No Tomorrow
Motorcycles Are in High Demand Since the Pandemic
Since I moved to New Hampshire I thought it was the motorcycle capital of the world. I have never seen so many motorcycles on the road, and I hear them on the street by my apartment all the time.
(I'm not gonna lie it can be a little annoying, you know when I'm trying to take a nap or are trying to go to sleep.
Since the pandemic, even more, people have been taking up the sport and the demand is high, according to unionleader.com, and that has been good for the motorcycle business.
Keep your eyes on the road, there are a lot of first-time drivers
We should always keep our eyes on the road for the motorcycles but now more than ever. More and more first-time motorcycle drivers are on the road so use caution.
The general manager of Manchester Harley-Davidson tells unionleader.com that “We’ve certainly seen an uptick in first-time riders.” The state’s Motorcycle Rider Education program has a waiting list!
Riding a motorcycle is a great way to get outdoors without a mask. Now that mask mandates are falling everywhere, people are still enjoying the ride.
Did the Stimulus Have Anything to Do with the Increase?
Unionleader.com brings up a good point that Some people had a boost from that stimulus check and decided to put a down payment on a new ride.
In addition to the extra cash from the stimulus, it’s a great way to get outside. Now that gasoline prices are soaring, it makes the work commute a lot cheaper also. It’s nice to hear demand is up for new buyers and old riders alike.
Maybe the pandemic brought back the love of cycling for some riders. Get your engines running!
I hear riding is an amazing experience with the wind blowing in your face especially since we granite staters don't have to wear a helmet
