
Portsmouth Teen Found Guilty of Hitting Two Pedestrians in Hampton
( Brentwood, N.H.) - Portsmouth teenager Remi Gross-Santos was found guilty today of second-degree assault and transportation of alcohol in his trial for striking two Hampton women with his car last year.

Gross-Santos was found not guilty of drunken driving. Prosecutors said he knew he was impaired and decided to drive, anyway. The defense said there was no evidence he was impaired, and he just fell asleep behind the wheel. He’s due to be sentenced in July and is free on bail till then.
