Portsmouth Woman Charged With Simple Assault At A Dover Nursing Home

(Dover, NH) - Dover Police have charged with 18 year old Samantha Siegel of Portsmouth with Simple Assault for the incident in early July.

Dover Police say Siegel was employed as a Licensed Nursing Assistant at St. Ann's Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Dover Point Road.

Police allege that on July 8th, Siegel "knowingly caused unprivileged physical contact" by covering the mouth of a 92 year old female patient.

Siegel turned herself in to Dover Police this week and is free on P.R. bail pending a court appearance in October.
