( Dover, N.H. ) - Dover Police have arrested a man in connection with several thefts from motor vehicles in a neighborhood on Spruce Lane.28 year old Michael Hilber of Rochester has been charged with two counts of theft as well as poss

ession of a controlled drug. Hilber is being held on $2,500 dollars bail and he will be arraigned on December 15th in Dover District Court.
