Southers Construction in Epping Launches Virtual Backpack Drive

It's that time of year, when some of our kids are headed back to the classrooms.  While 2020 has been a chaotic year, students still need the same supplies.

Southers Construction in Epping, NH has launched a virtual backpack drive to help fill that need!

The goal is to fill 200 backpacks to be distributed through Portsmouth and Epping.

Here's where they need your help!  You can virtually donate a backpack here.  Southers Construction will take it from there, and take care of all the legwork to get those backpacks filled with much needed supplies.

They'll go out and buy pencils, notebooks, and other supplies that students will need for the school year.

Southers Construction says that all donations "will be divided evenly between the Portsmouth and Epping School Districts. They plan to disburse according to financial need that will be determined by each respective Superintendent's Office."

Donations will be accepted until September 7th so they have time to get the backpacks to students in need.
