At one point, it was rumored a New Hampshire restaurant would be taking over the iconic piece of property in Saugus, Mass. But, now comes word the land has been sold.

Rumors were buzzing recently after many spotted Food Network star Guy Fieri around New Hampshire. Well, it's been revealed that one of his stops in the Granite State is a favorite of many.

According to NECN.com, an unnamed business has reached agreement for the Hilltop Steakhouse property and liquor license. Could it be Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery out of Raymond, who have made no secret of their interest in moving to the famous Saugus site?

The iconic orange dinosaur that looms over a mini golf course on Route 1 in Saugus, Massachusetts that was slated to be redeveloped is staying put...for now.
