Seacoast Science Center

On a stormy night in 1905, the Lizzie Carr vanished for good. Until it suddenly reappeared nearly a century later.

This beautiful lobster can now be found at a science center in New Hampshire.

The molting process usually occurs every two to three years for a lobster.

In addition to all that Odiorne Point State Park has to offer, a brand new food truck from Roots Cafe and Catering will now be setting up shop near the Park's playground.

As the weather continues to warm up, more and more 5k's and half-marathons are happening statewide. One of these races is scheduled for this Saturday, April 30, in Rye, NH, and is a chance for you to help save the seals.

Harbor seals "hurl" themselves on the rocks known as the Badger Rocks at low tide to rest, sleep, and nurse. They will move out to the Isle of Shoals once the warmer weather comes due to the increased boating activity.

The Secoast Science Center in Rye, New Hampshire is holdng a fundraiser called 'Sippin' for Seals' and it sounds amazing.

As if it wasn't bad enough for spectators to see a dead whale wash ashore at Jenness State Beach earlier this week, they also had to witness crews attempting to lower the carcass into a dumpster and failing miserably.

Yes, they are cute. But keep your distance!

This is only the second seal rescued by the SSC Marine Mammal Rescue to be released in New Hampshire.

The event honored the centers 25th anniversary and it's founding president, Wendy Lull.
