The Dover Public Library Has A 3D Printer You Can “Use”.
(Dover, NH) - Well, you can't use it yourself, but the library will print an item for you for the cost of materials.
The "Ultimaker 2+" 3D printer always has something being built inside its case.
You can request that an object be printed for you and pay only for the materials, usually about $2.
The library suggests that you check out the website Thingiverse.com for ideas on printable items. You can also create your own object for printing.
The library will host sessions on January 16 & 17 with Systems and Technology Librarian Peggy Thrasher to explain how the 3D printer works.
