The Holiday Parade in Portsmouth Was a Great Time for the Whole Family

We got to check out the tree lighting and the holiday parade in Portsmouth over the weekend. It was packed!

It was awesome to see a lot of the businesses up and running, too. The Works was unfortunately not open (one of my fav places), so I had to settle for another place (rhymes with splar-ducks ha).

The parade was amazing as well! There were tons of great entries with marching bands, dance groups and more.

And shout out to the Portsmouth Police Traffic Control. You guys did a great job!

I will say that there needs to be more parking available for sure. We got to downtown at 4 p.m. and it took us an hour to park. Both garages were full and we found a space at the last second a few blocks away.

There were still people trying to park when we were leaving. Just a suggestion, Portsmouth people who put this on.
