This Homeless Man Helped Victims of the Manchester Bombing and Was Reunited with His Mom as a Result

33-year-old Chris Parker was begging outside of the Manchester Arena and rushed to help victims after the suicide bomber struck. Word spread about his act of bravery and people wanted to raise money to help get this homeless hero off the streets. The story made the news and his estranged mother who hadn't spoken to in five years saw it. She had no idea he was homeless! His mother tracked him down and the two reunited.

What happened in Manchester was a senseless act of violence that will never make sense to any of us. It makes me feel good that even an ounce of good came from such a tragedy.
