Today is ‘National WEAR RED’ Day
Today is 'National Wear Red Day' to help bring awareness to heart disease. So, whether it's your hat, earrings, scarf, tie, top, pants, socks, shoes or boots...wear something red and show your support for the American Heart Association.
The New Hampshire chapter of the American Heart Association is run by a wonderful group of people. You may know I have had the pleasure to host several of their 'Go Red for Women' events. Heart disease has affected family and friends so I'm glad to help whenever they ask.
So remember to wear red today and be sure to snap a picture and tweet it out and post it on facebook with the hashtag 'GoRedNH.'
And we will see you Saturday, May 30th for the 'Seacoast Heart Walk!'
