Truck Crashes on I-495 in Mass; Ken’s Salad Dressing Spills Everywhere
It was a horrendous early morning commute for those who were traveling along Route 495 in Mansfield, Massachusetts this morning.
According to several media outlets including WHDH in Boston, a tractor-trailer carrying a load of Ken's Salad Dressing crashed, causing the salad dressing bottles to spill all over the highway.
Officials say the truck hit a bridge abutment near Exit 11 on the southbound ride of Interstate 495 in Mansfield. The accident happened shortly before 7am Tuesday morning. In all, three vehicles were involved in the accident. Massachusetts State Police have not yet released the cause of the crash.
Several lanes of the roadway were closed for a time while crews cleaned up the mess. The driver of the truck was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
