Woman And Tow Truck Driver Both Charged With D.U.I. On Cape Cod

(Hyannis, Massachusetts) - A Massachusetts State Trooper had stopped 51 year old Patricia O'Donnell Saturday night and charged her with Operating Under the Influence.

A tow truck was dispatched to pick up her vehicle, but the truck was spotted weaving on the roadway, nearly hitting a utility pole.

When the tow truck arrived at the scene of the stop, the Trooper charged 25 year old Brandon Fenton with drunk driving.

Both O'Donnell and Fenton were released on P.R. bail.

There is no word on who towed the tow truck.
