One popular summer activity is visiting a ropes course. These places are not only thrilling, but an effective form of exercise. You can face your fears by working your way through various aerial obstacle courses up in the sky, while wearing a harness to ensure your safety. Even though you're protected, the fear of falling or losing your balance up in the air is a real one, making the experience all the more adrenaline-pumping.
