A Somersworth Man Has Been Arrested For Kidnapping & Sexual Assault

(Somersworth, NH) - Somersworth Police say 53 year old William Pandolfi was arrested Monday for a recent incident involving a male victim.

Pandolfi is reported to have touched a male victim on the buttocks and chest at a Somersworth business last month, then knocked a cell phone from the mans hand when he tried to call police. He also reportedly verbally threatened the subject.

Pandolfi is a Registered Sex Offender, having been convicted of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault in Strafford County Superior Court in 1998.

He was arraigned on the latest charges this week and bail was set at $50,000 cash.
